This Privacy Policy explains how Flick Pouch ("Flick Pouch," "we," "us," or "our"), a product of Limelite (Anthony Chapman), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and application at flickpouch.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to give you an account and store the items you choose to save:

• Account information: your email address, your first name, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in readable form.
• Content you save: the labels, text, numbers, and photos you add to your pouches. You decide what to store. Flick Pouch is intended for everyday reference information (for example, a vehicle's VIN, license plate, or a policy number) and is not intended for highly sensitive secrets such as Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, or passwords to other services.
• Basic technical data: standard information your browser sends, such as device and connection details, used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account and let you sign in across your devices.
• To store, sync, and display the pouches and items you save.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To protect the Service against abuse, fraud, and security threats.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your pouches for advertising.

3. How Your Information Is Stored and Protected

Your data is stored in a secure cloud database provided by Supabase. Each account is isolated using row-level security, so only you can access your own pouches when signed in. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a small amount of essential local storage and cookies to keep you signed in and to make the app work. These are required for the Service to function.

5. Advertising

Flick Pouch does not currently display advertising. If we introduce advertising in the future (for example, Google AdSense), third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you. You can learn about and opt out of personalized advertising at google.com/settings/ads and aboutads.info. If we add advertising, we will update this policy and provide the consent controls required in your region.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted providers to operate Flick Pouch, including Supabase (database and authentication) and our hosting provider. These providers process data only to deliver their services to us. If we later add sign-in with Google or other providers, those services will handle authentication under their own privacy policies.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• You can view and edit the information in your pouches at any time inside the app.
• You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and its contents, by emailing us.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information.

8. Data Retention

We keep your account information and saved content for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your pouches and items from our active systems.

9. Children's Privacy

Flick Pouch is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service.
